• Invoices, bills, expenses
• Vendors and customers
• Transactions and journal entries
• Company metadata

This data is accessed only with your consent and only to deliver requested features.

3. Purpose of Data Use

Bizwai uses data solely to:

• Provide analytics, dashboards, and AI insights
• Enable data visualization and Q&A features
• Maintain security and service functionality

Bizwai does not use QuickBooks data for advertising, resale, or unrelated purposes.

4. AI & Sub processors

Bizwai uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting and AI model providers).

• No QuickBooks data is used to train AI models
• AI providers do not retain or reuse your data
• Data is processed transiently for responses

A list of subprocessors is available upon request.

5. Disconnection & Data Deletion

You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time.

Upon disconnection:

• Data syncing stops immediately
• Access tokens are revoked
• Stored QuickBooks data is deleted within 30 days, including backups (unless legally required)

Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Data is retained only while your account is active or as required by law. Logs are retained for security and auditing for limited periods.
