1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bizwai’s website, applications, and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bizwai. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. License Grant & Acceptable Use

Bizwai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or copy the Services
• Use Bizwai to build a competing product
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of third-party terms

4. QuickBooks Integration & User Control

If you connect Bizwai to QuickBooks Online, you explicitly authorize Bizwai to access only the data required to provide requested features.

Data accessed may include:

• Chart of accounts
• Invoices, bills, expenses
• Vendors and customers
• Transactions and journal entries
• Company metadata

Users retain full ownership and control of their QuickBooks data at all times.

Bizwai:

• Accesses data only with user consent
• Uses data solely to provide analytics, visualization, and AI insights
• Does not sell, rent, or repurpose QuickBooks data

5. Disconnection Policy (Mandatory)

You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time.

Upon disconnection:

• Data syncing stops immediately
• OAuth tokens are revoked
• You may request deletion of stored data

Unless legally required, QuickBooks data will be deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account closure.

6. AI Usage & Limitations

Bizwai uses AI models to generate insights and summaries.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• AI-generated insights are not accounting, tax, or legal advice
• Bizwai does not use QuickBooks data to train AI models
• AI vendors are prohibited from storing or reusing your data

Users remain responsible for validating outputs.

7. Data Storage, Security & Compliance

Bizwai uses industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• OAuth 2.0 authentication
• Role-based access controls

Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States.

Bizwai complies with applicable Intuit Developer and App Store policies and may share limited logs or metadata with Intuit if required for compliance, auditing, or security.

8. Fees & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” Bizwai makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bizwai’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Bizwai may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
